a. Pooja and Havan Services

• Once a pooja or havan service is booked and confirmed, refunds are not applicable as these services require prior preparation, procurement of materials, and scheduling with priests.
• If you need to reschedule a booked service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

b. Cancellation by Us

• In rare cases where a service is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

2. Products

a. Physical Products (e.g., pooja kits, idols, etc.)

• Refunds for physical products are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• To request a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing Info@poojahavanam.com or calling us at +91-02269718126.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

b. Non-Refundable Items

• Items such as personalized or customized products, used items, or items that are not in their original condition are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to Info@poojahavanam.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order details, reason for the request, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).
• Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
